Each MagnetMe creation is made just for you! As our products are highly customised, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Due to the personalised nature of our magnets, we do not offer refunds or returns. Each item is made to order based on the photo and design you choose, making it unique to you. Please double-check your upload and selections before placing your order.

We get started on your custom design quickly, so changes are difficult to make. If you need to make a change, please contact us at contact@magnetme.co.uk as soon as possible.

For best results, please upload clear, high-resolution images with good lighting and minimal background distractions. We recommend avoiding screenshots or heavily cropped photos, as this may affect print quality.

At the moment, MagnetMe is focused on UK orders only. However, we are looking to expand – follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to stay in the loop or contact us via the contact page.
