Each MagnetMe creation is made just for you! As our products are highly customised, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and shipped. Once it leaves us, standard UK delivery takes a further 2–3 business days via Royal Mail.
Standard shipping is a flat £2.99, and free on all orders of £30 or more. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Due to the personalised nature of our magnets, we do not offer refunds or returns. Each item is made to order based on the photo and design you choose, making it unique to you. Please double-check your upload and selections before placing your order.
Personalised items can't be refunded once made, but if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we'll remake or replace it. Just email photos to sales@magnetme.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it.
We get started on your custom design quickly, so changes are difficult to make. If you need to make a change, please contact us at contact@magnetme.co.uk as soon as possible.
For best results, please upload clear, high-resolution images with good lighting and minimal background distractions. We recommend avoiding screenshots or heavily cropped photos, as this may affect print quality.
Not always exactly — screens and printers reproduce colour differently, so your magnets may look very slightly different in colour to the photo on your device. This is completely normal and doesn't affect the quality of your magnets, which are printed to a high standard on premium 180gsm photo paper. If you're ever concerned a print looks genuinely faulty, email us a photo at sales@magnetme.co.uk and we'll take a look.
