Processing time: Every order is personalised, so please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be printed, laminated and carefully packed before it ships. During busy periods this can take slightly longer.

Delivery area: MagnetMe currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping cost and delivery time: Standard UK shipping is a flat £2.99 per order, and free on all orders of £30 or more. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2 to 3 business days via Royal Mail.

Damaged or missing items: If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email photos to sales@magnetme.co.ukwithin 14 days of delivery and we'll remake or replace it. See our Refund Policy for full details.
