If you are located in the EEA or UK, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in promoting our business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), unless we rely on consent.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools: We use the Meta Pixel, Meta Advanced Matching and the Meta Conversions API on our Site. These tools share certain information about your visits and purchases with Meta Platforms, Inc. — such as pages viewed, products added to cart, and completed orders — along with hashed (not plain-text) contact details like your email address or phone number where available, so that Meta can match this activity to a Facebook or Instagram account. We use this to measure how our ads perform and to show you and similar audiences more relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can review or limit how your Facebook activity off our Site is used for ads by adjusting your Off-Facebook Activity settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising generally through your browser or device settings, or via Your Online Choices (EU/UK) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (US).

C. Security and Fraud Prevention

  • Detect and respond to fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Protect your account credentials
  • Maintain the integrity of our Services

D. Customer Service and Site Improvement

  • Respond to inquiries and feedback
  • Enhance the functionality and usability of our Site

E. Optional – Automated Image Processing

We may use automated tools to apply stylization effects (e.g., cartoon, Pixar-style transformations) to uploaded images as requested. These tools are solely for enhancing the design and do not involve profiling or decision-making about you.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tools to operate our Site and analyze user activity, including the Meta Pixel described in section 4B above, which sets its own cookies on your device when you visit our Site. Learn more about cookies generally at: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies
