Thank you for shopping with www.magnetme.co.uk, operated by Magnetme Creations Ltd. All of our products are custom-made or personalised to your specifications unless otherwise stated. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Customised Products – No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations
All products sold through www.magnetme.co.uk are customised using the content and design details you provide. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)), and in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), customised or personalised products are fully exempt from return, refund, or cooling-off rights.
Accordingly:

All sales of customised products are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason including:

Incorrect image or text provided by you

Change of mind after placing the order

Personal dissatisfaction with design or appearance

Incorrect address or order details submitted at checkout

We encourage you to review your personalisation inputs carefully before confirming your order.
Replacements for Manufacturer Defects Only
We will only offer a replacement in the rare event that your product is delivered with a manufacturer defect, such as:

Damage during production

Incorrect printing not matching your submitted order

Physical faults due to manufacturing error
To qualify for a replacement:

You must email us at contact@magnetme.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographic evidence of the defect and packaging

If your request is approved, a replacement will be issued.
A £2.99 shipping fee will be applied to send the replacement.
Customers are also responsible for the cost of returning the original item, if required for inspection.
Responsibility for Uploaded Content
By uploading images or content to www.magnetme.co.uk, you confirm that:

You own or have legal permission to use and reproduce the materials

You authorise Magnetme Creations Ltd to process and reproduce them solely for order fulfilment
We do not verify ownership of uploaded content and accept no liability for copyright or image misuse. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnetme Creations Ltd and its production partners against any claims arising from your use of unauthorised content.
Non-Custom Products – 14 Day Return Policy
For non-customised products only (where applicable), we offer a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase

You must email contact@magnetme.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions and a return label.
Returns must be pre-approved and unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Custom or personalised products (including all made-to-order items)

Sale or discounted items

Digital products, downloads, or gift cards

Perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or hazardous goods
If unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us prior to purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If eligible, you must return the item under the return policy and place a new order separately.
Refunds (Non-Custom Items Only)
If a non-personalised return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item.
Please allow extra time for your payment provider to reflect the refund.
